Header and ram plate are welded constructions made of hollow sections and UPN-IPN beams. The body is made of convex sheets to achieve highest stability at lowest empty weight. The convex body construction ensures perfect emptying. The silent hydraulic unit is installed safely in the header. It is installed on silent blocks, the oil drainage is installed on the outside, and the oil indicator can be seen from outside. Generally our power units are equipped with an oil-deficiency switch and switch off automatically in case of oil leakage.

The hydraulic unit of integrated bin lifter is supplied from compactors power unit. The compction cycle is not interrupted by operating the bin lifter.
Our standard integrated bin lifter are suitable for bins 80 l up to 110 l. The integrated bin lifter is suitable for trunnions or comb bar.
Of cause we also offer customized solutions for bigger bins.
